Refund policy
Each lamp is 3D printed made to order whenever you placed your order. That means, each lamp is truly yours! Because of this reason, we are unable to offer returns or refunds if you've changed your mind.
That being said, from time to time, things may go wrong during the shipping! That's on us! If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us here within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and attach photos of the packaging and product to the email. Depending on availability, we'd love to provide a replacement or refund.
Once photos or videos of the defect or damaged product have been inspected and approved by our team, we will be in touch to process a refund or store credit, conditional on the return of the faulty unit to us. Once your refund has been approved, it will go back to your original method of payment. This process may take our payments processor 3-5 business days.
Note that this return and refund policy only applies to lamps purchased directly from us on our website or from our pop-up stores. Lamps purchased from our stockist / consignment stores are excluded from this policy.
