Our Warranty

Our lamps come with a commercial warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects which appear within the warranty period, excluding any defects that result from for example (but not limited to) maltreatment, abnormal use, wear and tear, or accidents. For items outside the warranty period, we’ll evaluate each case and do our best to find a fair resolution.

We examine all returned goods and determine if the defect is covered by the commercial warranty. If we determine that the defect is covered by warranty, we will in our sole discretion either (i) repair the good; (ii) replace the good in part or full; or (iii) refund the price. If you have returned the good to us, and we determine that the defect is not covered by any warranty, you agree that we may charge and invoice you a 20 MYR handling fee plus the shipping fee to send the good back to you.

A few important details:

  • The warranty begins on your purchase date.
  • Our 1-year warranty applies to all orders placed on or after 8 February 2025
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, falls, wear  & tear, maltreatment, misuse, abuse or alterations.
  • Please keep your original lamp as it must be sent back to process the replacement.
  • Our warranty also applies to lamps purchased from our stockists / consignment stores. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase as this will need to be shared with us as evidence for the proof of purchase and purchase date. Lamps without proof of purchase will not be covered by our one year warrant.
