Do you have a shop I can visit?
We are a small outfit working from our home-based design studio so we don't have our own shop. However, you can find our lamps at our Stockist showrooms, available to purchase!
How are your products made?
We design, craft and ship all our lamps from our design studio in Johor Bahru, Malaysia! All our products are made-to-order and 3D printed from eco-friendly plant polymer filaments, thus enabling us to minimise waste in the production cycle! Each lamp design goes through a series of iteration and prototyping before we release them for sale.

What bulbs can I use with your lamps?
You can change the LED bulbs we provide with any LED bulb up to 9W. Our lamps are also compatible with Philips Hue or any other smart bulbs!
How do I care for Lampu Lampu products?
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. For any stubborn marks, dab a cloth in a little soap and wipe thoroughly. For obvious reasons, please make sure your beautiful lamp is unplugged while you do this!
Will you be releasing a lamp that ........?

Do you offer customisation or a customised design?
Although we’d love to be able to offer customisation for everyone, we are a small home based outfit at the moment and just don’t have that capacity right now. That being said, if you’re looking for a large order of custom pieces, please contact us here.
Shipping
What are your delivery lead times?
Currently, our estimated production lead time is approx. 1-2 weeks. We will start shipping after production of each lamp is complete. Each lamp is made-to-order (made after we receive the order) in our design studio in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. We are a small outfit (just a husband and wife couple), so please be patient and we'll get your lamp to you as soon as possible!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Malaysia and Singapore only. We are working hard to figure out shipping to our neighbours in the Asia Pacific region! Please check back soon!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depends on your location. The rate is calculated at checkout once you've entered your shipping address. Please check our Shipping Policy.
Can I change my address?
For any shipping inquiries, please reach out to us here. We will try our best to accommodate any changes to your order if it has not been shipped yet.
Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct. If there are any errors, you are responsible for both correcting any errors as well as any additional shipping charges that may be incurred.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping for orders above RM 300!
